Please fill out one form for each student attending.
Fill out this form if you are requesting a $150 sponsorship to help off-set your student's fees for camp. Students need to be an attender at Living Hope. Once form is submitted, LH Staff will process and match your student with a sponsor from Living Hope. Those funds will then be sent to you.
Parents will need to register on their own for the Bible camp of choice and the week they desire for their student. Living Hope does not make these arrangements.
