Every Christian is a disciple. To be a disciple means to be a follower. We follow Jesus! Discipling is doing spiritual good to someone else.
Growing as disciples and discipling others in Jesus’ mission is what we are about as a church.
This involves following and becoming more like Him as we seek to engage in His mission.

It is the goal of Living Hope for every person to be discipling another person either one-on-one or in very small groups, and to be discipled by someone else.
Who are you discipling? Who is discipling you?

The adult ministries seek to fulfill this mission as a community of believers through a variety of groups and settings that foster discipleship.

Women’s Ministry exists to create environments in which women are invited into the life of following Jesus, becoming like Jesus and engaging in the mission of Jesus. Our main objective is to continually move women one step closer to Jesus along life’s way.

The foundation of our ministry is encouraging Women in the Word together.  Our weekly women’s bible studies keep this as our main focus.

Homes of Hospitality
  • Fellowship is not just something that we try to "fit in" to our Christian life after we get everything else together. Fellowship is important and integral. Fellowship will challenge us, encourage us, help us stay accountable and fellowship is showing obedience to God and His Word.
  • Often times gospel hospitality births fellowship. It is a sacred space where burdens are halved, joys are doubled, prayer becomes more powerful, the Holy Spirit intersects lives with intentional nudges and spiritual sharpening abounds.
  • Several women from Living Hope will be opening their homes as a part of a new ministry called Homes of Hospitality. We are pleased with the momentum behind it and encouraged by the numerous women that have expressed a willingness to host a gathering.
"that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God's mystery, which is Christ.." Colossians 2:2 ESV

The Men’s Ministry seeks to encourage, equip, and enable the men of Living Hope for God-honoring service to their family, church, and community. We desire to see men: be brought into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; be encouraged and edified in their walks of faith; grow in their knowledge and application of Scripture; lead their families and others in the body of Christ; and actively disciple others and share the gospel in the community.

Wed. Night Bible Studies    6:30-8:00 pm (September to May)

Pathways—Leading in the Word. Using the book of Jonah, this plan is a guided study in growing in our handling of the Word of God to not only be able to know His Word better, but to help others to handle the Word well. This Bible study is intended to equip men to be confident in their understanding and application of the Bible.
Disciplines of a Godly Man. Spiritual Disciplines are the things we do in order to grow in our Christlikeness. This book study by R. Kent Hughes is all about being intentional in becoming more like Jesus. Paul tells us that we need to train ourselves in godliness (1 Tim. 4:7). Using the book study, we will explore the components of growing as a man of God.
